just came from closing!!
re-closing that is!
we refinanced - saving about $500 per month!
our closing costs totaled about $8k but we only paid $1400.00 at closing, the rest was rolled back in and we are still saving close to $500 per month!
its such a weight lifted! that money will pay our utilities every month!
good luck to everyone else who is looking into refinancing  Wells Fargo was great to work with!
