Re: Anyone doing Atkins?
another thing...atkins products (bars and such)- even though they are put out by the company, try to use them in emergencies only
they cause stalls and possible weight gain due to all the CRAP (chemicals) in them
your best bet is to stick to natural non processed foods

Re: Anyone doing Atkins?
I hope it starts working for you, if not try the south beach low carb diet. It may work better for you. I know for me WW worked for only a year then suddenly i stopped dropping lbs and it had taken a year to drop 25lbs already and it was rather aggravating for me. I know going back to that program wouldn't work for my body again.
yea i do miss my fruits and yogurt i think we will start to intro berries and lowest carb diary back in next week just variety reasons. My brother is also emailing me this "grain" that is really a protein but it feels/taste like your eating rice that he is currently eating. My brother does south beach when he need to drop lbs quickly (he has usually a 5% body fat and is completely fit) otherwise he just does a normal low carb diet.

Re: Anyone doing Atkins?
I think I am going to start my induction next week. I have done atkins before and lost 20lbs. I hope I can achieve this again. My jean are starting to get tight and I know I gained some weight back from after having the baby..about 10 lbs.. So Starting Next week I will begin and add my updates as well..I hat the Induction as I alwaysx get headaches...
