Does everyone take it out before hand and let t get RT? Why are you soposed to do this?

I think I remember hearing someone saying this about gonal - in any case, I never did this and still got my BFP.

I forgot where I heard this (either the nurse told me when I got my injection instruction session or it was in the directions), but I remember hearing it was to help limit the discomfort of the shot. I have done it cold and after sitting out for a few minutes & never noticed a difference.

My nurse told me to do this because it will lessen the sting of the shot if it is not cold.
I try to do this when I remember.

I did it and it makes a difference in comfort. Too cold and it hurts a bit
