What was the difference in amount of eggs...10 day sono tomorrow..

i went from 300 to 600 and it didnt make such a great jump. i think it depends on the person sorry if that didnt help

i went from 150 to 37.5 which was 10+ mature eggs to no eggs

then 37.5 to 75 which was no eggs to 2 eggs

then 75 to 100 which was 2 eggs two times and 1 egg one time, to about 4 eggs..

i think it really depends on the cycle and the person. the same dose will not give you the same amount of eggs each cycle. i would expect some more mature with an increase of 75iu, but you can never predict it and its different for everyone.

For an iui i stayed on 150 and one cycle made 2 eggs and 4 in another...they dont want you making a ton of eggs for an iui..there is 2 much risk of multiples..and as u can see people respond differently to the same protocol sometimes...its really a crap shoot...focus on quality not quantity..it only takes one! GOOD LUCK!!

yes...except I seem to produce one or two regardless...He want a few since I only have one tub e and whats on the right side wont take....

I started this cycle on 150. They then bumped it to 187.5 for a couple of days, and then finally to 225. The day before I started the 225 I had two follies - 14 and 12. Today, after being on 225 for 2 days, I have a 21.5 and a 16. So for me, the increased helped the ones I have grow.

It all depends how well you respond to stimming. I'm not so great of a responder.... For my first injectable IUI cycle I was on 150 Follistim and produced only one egg, which I honestly don't see how that even worked at all since I've always ovulated on my own anyway On my second IUI cycle Dr B bumped me up to 300, and only got 2 eggs.... he said he was hoping to see 3 or 4 But then again I have slightly elevated FSH and that does have an effect on the way one responds to these meds. It really just depends on your body of how well you will respond and on the particular cycle you're on.

I have 3 eggs so far dominant...hes keepig on the follistim 225 and starting ganerelix tomorrow...I go back tuesday...iui wed and thursday
