a WW maintenance question...
so, what happens to your point values when on maintenance?
I'm about 3 lbs away...though I can see myself fluctuating with these 3 lbs forever.
Right now I'm at 21 pts a day...I'm looking forward to a higher point value! How much will it change?
TIA

Re: a WW maintenance question...
You're so close!
I just pulled this off of the WW website - hope it helps! *************
What happens to my POINTS values when I'm in Maintenance? When you reach goal you’ll be in the Maintenance phase. You should take the POINTS Quiz again; the Weight Tracker will prompt you do to so. Select the option in the quiz to maintain your current weight. You will be assigned a higher daily POINTS Target. Over time you’ll see how the new daily POINTS Target works for you, and have the opportunity to adjust it on a daily basis. You can adjust your POINTS Target from your profile. After you answer the questions you'll see your new POINTS target and a link at the bottom of the page for adjusting your Target. Decrease the number by 2 if you gain a pound or more in Maintenance, and increase it by 2 if you lose a pound or more in Maintenance. After a while you'll figure out what number will help you stay within 2 pounds of your goal. Your weekly POINTS Allowance will remain at 35 and automatically reset on your Weight Tracking day as usual.
If you are using the Simply Filling technique and have reached Maintenance, you can add 28 POINTS values to your existing weekly POINTS Allowance of 35 and adjust it as you go so that you're maintaining your weight. In the Plan Manager, simply let your weekly POINTS Allowance go in the negative.
