I found a lot of helpful info here. I printed the food list. Also, I find recipes in the book and then improvise on my own. Phase 1 recipes are great b/c they're so healthy and then you can just use it as a building block for Phase 2

I decided to start over at Phase 1 for a week. I have to get back on track!!!
This morning Ihad egg whites with lowfat swiss for breakfast. Lunch will be a salad w/ lots of veggies and black beans. I like eating both my snacks in the afternoon rather than one in morning. I tend to eat lunch early (today I woke up late so I'm eating it a bit later than usual) For dinner Itook out tilapia for the grill and will just make a lime-olive oil dressing, plus roasted veggies.

There is also a pocket sized book I got a Waldbaums that is helpful for your shopping list.
I just bought Bleu Cheese Laughing Cow...had it today w/ my celery sticks.
