Anovulatory cycle ?

If I had an anovulatory cycle, would I get AF right away?

I did confirm O at CD15 via temp and +OPK on CD14, but it seems AF is coming a week early (began CD23). It's Still light and not as haevy as usual, but not as light at spotting. It's now CD25 and I'm still spotting so I doubt its implantation bleeding.

If I did not O, would AF come early. I don't know why AF could be so early when it's always on time like clockwork.

im having a VERY similar experience this cycle...its sooooo frustrating. my body is so confusing. i have agyno appt. tomorrow so i am hoping the dr. has some ideas for me.

It could be implantation bleeding since it is light... Good Luck

I don't think it's IB b/c it's lite, but not spotting light and its been going on for about a week. I normally spot after O until AF, but this was heavier.

it doesn't sound like anovulatory bleeding. the way my dr explained it, i think that would normally be late. anovulatory bleeding happens when the estrogen builds up the lining for so long that it's unsustainable and starts to break down, which is the bleeding you see. it's supposed to be patchy and irregular and take a while to happen.

what you have sounds like spotting before your period, which could be low progesterone, tho i'm no doctor.
