hi! new here and a question!
hi! we started TTC last month, but it was also my first month off of BCP, and i got AF, so i attributed it to my body regulating itself. i kinda want to just keep trying naturally for couple months.
but im curious about the ovulation kits. how do they work exactly?

As far as OPKs - basically you just poas like hpts starting around CD10 until you get a positive
if you buy the line tests - then you get a positive when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line
if you buy digitals then the positive is when you get a
Good luck

Hi and Welcome! Hope your stay is short and sweet. I'm not having any luck with OPKs, but have gotten some helpful feedback that they don't work...to new to the market...timing is of when POAS...
If you're just starting, try the old fashion way and enjoy the !

Re: hi! new here and a question!
I just recently went off BCP too. I just bought an OPK today, because I had cramping last night. I got the CVS brand strips. It was easy to use, basically the two lines have to be the same pink shade. It told me to start so i am glad i bought it today!
