evening primrose oil pills - TMI
ok so...my friend gave me her extra evening primrose oil pills. she said theyre supposed to help making CM more plentiful i took one on friday and one last night. ***TMI****when i went to the bathroom this morning my underwear were SOAKED. not with typical CM, ie not stretchy, thick or creamy, but thin and watery. at first i was horrified bc i thought maybe i'd peed my pants. im sorry for the TMI but is EPO supposed to do this? just to add info i am CD38 with BFNs and no sign of AF. i have had a weird stomach these past few days but thats it.

DO NOT take EPO after you ovulate. It can cause uterine contractions.

thanks. yeah i read that today. i dont think i o'ed this month. luckily, the pills were only 500 mg. i wont take them til cd 1 next month.
sigh. i hate this not knowing stuff. CD 38, no smiley, no AF....
