Spinning shoes
Where can I get spinning shoes? I've searched online and saw Zappos has a few, but I rather not pay $170 for them.

Any bike/pro shop. I got mine for about $100 at a bike shop on Northern Bvld in Little Neck.

I think most bikes use SPD clips. I got a pair of Specialized Sonoma shoes from a bike store on ebay for around $80 including the cleats. I know some people in my spin class have gotten shoes even cheaper from a bike store. They don't have to be specifically "spinning" shoes...just as long as you have the right cleats you'll be good.

You also need a stiff sole.
