i do not think I O'd. I was waiting and waiting and still nothing. So frustrating.

It looks like your body was gearing up to O and then didn't. You don't have a sustained temp shift yet. BUT... last month, it looked like you O'd on CD27. Since you're only on CD22, I wouldn't panic yet.
What kind of OPKs are you using?

i am using OPK digital ones. I stopped after I got my smiley on CD17. Are you saying I can get 2 smileys in one month and should keep on using OPKs?
and thanks for helping out

Re: chart-anyone willing to help? thank you
An OPK only detects an LH surge, which can happen more than once in a cycle. It tells you that your body is about to O, but doesn't confirm that it happened. (It's not common, but not impossible). Only your temp rise does that. Were you sick/stressed with work/traveling at that point? Were you taking your temp at the same time? Sleeping for four hours at a time before temping?
See what your temps do over the next few days. Good luck!

Re: chart-anyone willing to help? thank you
this does not look like an O chart. i know ive said this before but it looks a lot like my PCOS charts, mainly because you got a +OPK which wasnt follows by ovulation. thats very typical in PCOS charts.
obviously this doesnt mean you have PCOS by any means, im just saying its very common to get +OPKs with PCOS due to high LH levels.
from my own experience i went through 2 60+ day cycles where i thought i was going to O, got +OPKs, but never got that temp rise confirming O. once i got 5 straight days of +OPKs with no O, i knew it was time to see the RE. you can browse my charts here if you want.
FM me if you have any questions
