Where can I get dirt
We're working on our backyard and I need about 8 cubic yards of dirt to fill in so I can lay down sod - does anyone know where I can get this?
I've been checking craigs list and haven't found anything.

Not sure where you are but I just saw an ad for The Garden Depot in Suffolk - 6 yards for $99.99 free local delivery 7 days a week. They are in Coram - 631-736-DEPT is the phone number they list.

We just had dirt dumped on our driveway. DH went to a local nursery and they dropped it off for us

call a company that installs swimming pools... im sure they end up with a lot of it...
