Temping??
Ok, alot of you ladies say you know you are ovulating depending on your temp. Is that correct? If so, how does that actually work? Sorry if this is a really stupid question lol

If you temp on a regular basis, most people notice a big dip in their bbt the day that they ovulate. The next day, your bbt usually peaks and stays elevated until AF. HTH!

Here's an example...Based on the fall in temperature, I O'd on day 18 of this cycle. On day 19, my BBT shot up almost 1 degree, which is a lot. Usually it shoots up .4 degrees or so. Image Attachment(s):
