OK... NEED HELP ASAP.... with opk's mainly...
Sooo...
I do the CBEFM. And so far so good. But since it still wasn't working, we decided on Deanna's plan, CBEFM, and opk's.
Soooo today is CD19... and cbefm says low. Usually I have 2 to 5 high days followed by peak on cd 18 and 19.
Not at all the case this month. it's still just low.
so I started watching lifetime and something urged me to take an opk I bought. The digital with the smiley. And what do you know..... it's a smiley!!! soooo
am I ovulating? ABOUT to ovulate? What's up with cbefm? I'm so confused right now.
I think the bottom line though is.... is in order. haha!
how many days should i have a smiley? or how many times? is this first peak day or 2nd? the directions said something about 2 days. why am i so lost. lol. please help me!!!

I usually get a + for 2 or 3 days I the day of and the next 2 or 3 days to cover all my bases. I would tonight and the next 2 days and if you get a high on the CBEFM than some more.

I had the same issue with my CBFM last month. It just showed low the whole time. I ended up using a OPK on the day that I noticed 2 double lines on the CBFM stick. I got a smiley too.
Anyway I looked up why the monitor didn't pick up anything and it said if you missed a day you may mess up the readings.
Sorry for the babbling. . .
You should ovulate 1-2 days after your smiley. Good luck!!!

I havent started to use my CBEFM yet so I'm not sure but I would just alot!

according to Deannas plan, you should every night for 3 nights once you get your smiley, skip a night, then one last night

only i didn't skip a day at all. and last month the same thing happened.... and still didn't skip a day that month either.

well we got last night in....
thanks for this.. i forgot. i mean I was going to do it anyway but i forgot about the skip a night.
Actually i think i was just going to do it for 4 nights straight (last night was the first). should i skip a night?

IF you want to follow her plan, then yes, BD 3 nights in a row then skip a night and then BD one last time.
