I usually chop tons of fresh sage, garlic, parsley and mix this with olive oil, salt & pepper and slather on the loin, then I roast high at 500 degrees

I usually buy the marinated/seasoned Smithfield ones from BJ's. They usually come 2 to a pack & freeze well. The cooking time & temp is on the package.
