How often does MLS update? (sorry if it's been asked before)

Can't find it on a search...how often does MLS update each day? And when?

Not 100% sure but I believe it's only once a day and in the morning. At least that's what my realtor told me when we were selling and I asked them to fix something that was incorrect that had already been uploaded.

Where I'm looking it wouldn't matter if it updated ten times a day, nothing new is coming on the market.

yes I think it's every 24 hours. Listingbook is much better if you can find someone to sign you up for it. I think they update multiple times a day

I think at 3:10 am every morning

MLS is updated 4 times a day. Other sites such as listingbook pick up all their info from MLS.

Listingbook accounts are very good because you can essentially create your own site on listingbook. You can save potential properties instead of having to write them down and then keep track of them. Listingbook will also notify you if properties similar to what you're looking for come onto the market, and there are lots of others things to do on there as well. It's free, you just have to be signed up by a Realtor. Of course, any Realtor will do this for you. If you don't want to be hassled by them, tell them that. A good Realtor will leave you alone and let you come to them if you feel ready to do so!

I feel like I've seen houses come up faster on redfin than on MLS...I always thought MLS was once a day
