It may sound childish...but what about Jello??
A few of my DH's friends came over one day and we ordered pizza but I provided Jello and pudding as dessert and they loved it! Of course, they joked about it at first (couldn't remember the last time they had it) but it all disappeared!

Cherry pie or cobbler. I make the bisquick recipe cherry cobbler all the time and it's tasty.

a weight watchers pie. Made from red jello, cool whip, light yogurt (fruit should match the flavor of the jello) in a low-fat graham crust. It's delish

I was thinking of this. 
We have a supper club and this times theme is colors so we chose dessert and got assigned the color red.

You can add food coloring to any desert & decorate with strawberries.
