First day of AF ?
I feel foolish for asking but I need help. I'm trying to figure out when the first day of my last period was. Problem is last month on the July 22 I got cramping, on the 23rd I got brown discharge (dry blood) mixed in with some and only some red blood. Sorry TMI. That continued till the 26th where it came fully. Now, do I consider the first day the 23rd or the 26th? Please help

I was told to count your first full day of flo (sorry if that sounds gross)

I would probably consider the first real day of the flo CD1.
The brown discharge you experienced is old blood and probably from the previous cycle.
