What is going on???
Well TBAF showed up today (just now actually). I’m confused because my temp didn’t drop at all when I took it this morning. Is that right?

Is it a full flow? Sometimes I would get her the day before before the temp drop.

It was ligth spotting but now its red spotting so it will prob be full flow shortly. I just wasn't sure how it worked bc this was my first month temping.

my temp actually shot UP the day Af arrived this cycle. it went down to 97.7 and i assumed AF would show that day. she didnt, but the next day temp went up to 98.34, and she showed up as soon as i got out of bed 
temps during AF dont matter much. i dont even bother temping for the few days AF is here.
