Prenatal - Take in AM or PM?
I just started a chewable prenatal and after an hour of taking it I am SO nauseas! Does anyone take theirs at night?

I had read that these pills can make people sick to their stomach, so I took my SILs advice and I take it about 30 minutes before bedtime and I haven't had an issue and I've been taking them for nearly a year as we have TTC.

I recently started new vitamins, which I now have to take with food. My previous Rx, I took before bed and had no nauseau.
Try taking them with a glass of milk or food, and if you still feel nauseus try at night. If nothing helps, talk to your Dr, and they can prescribe specific vitamins. Good luck.

I take mine in the morning and eat right after I take it. If I don't eat fast enough I start to feel sick.

I take mine at night, I have a really sensitive stomach and no issues doing it this way

i take it in AM but you can in PM if you get naseous

I have swallow pills but I still take them at night and have no problems....I've had issues with regular vitamins making me sick in the am if I don't eat enough too....Try it at night. it will probably work fine for you too.

I take all my pills in the morning with food, it normally helps with the nausea.

My OB told me to take mine at night because I was so sick before from it. So I take it about a half hour before bed, usually on a pretty full stomach.

i take them in the am just as i am finsihing my breakfast, with a large glass of water and im good and i get nauseaus very easily too!

Mine say to take with or without food, so I choose to take them right before bed. I made it part of my routine - they're in my medicine cabinet next to the toothpaste, so I take them right after I brush my teeth.

I've only taken it at night and I have never had any problems. and I usually eat about an hour or so before it.
I've read a lot of reviews on here about the one i take and a lot of people had the same issue, or they burp up a fish taste, I thankfully haven't had either

All my mommy friends/family said to take prenatals at night. I usually take mine in the morning, though...but that's because my prenatal has no side effects on me. My brand is STUART. If you google reviews on it, you'll see that a lot of women comment on the fact that A- it's not this big horse pill and B- it doesn't make them nauseous.
