If you know when you would have concieved

How long do you have to wait to POAS? It was a week ago ,and I am supposed to get AF August 4-7th do I wait until I miss AF to test or can I sooner? Sorry I have 3 kids and I should know this ,but I don't remember for the life of me lol. I think with #3 I took the test a day before I was supposed to get AF , but I don't remember when I concieved her KWIM?

i think they are most accurate starting with the day AF is supposed to come, but you can test early its just not as accurate. you might get BFN, but the cloaser to AF's due date you might get BFP. some people don't get a BFP until a few days after either.

everyone is different but yes most accurate when you miss AF. . FREP tests up to 6 days before missed period but with something like 50% accuracy. . same for the tests that are 3-5 days before. . so if you can, wait, but worth testing earlier if you don't care about the $ for tests or possible dissapointment with a false neg!

Not totally ttc ,but if it happens I would be so happy lol . We always wanted 3-4 kids ,but if we have another we don't want a huge age gap ! I guess we are playing it month by month .


ETA: I went to the doc ,and they need to put me on meds ,but I told him there is a chance I might bhe pregnant , so he did a test and it was a BFN ! He said they can test 3 days after conception and get a BFP IDK but whatever loo. I was definately disappointed , but I am a firm believer that when the time is right or not it will or will not happen . I am very thankful for the 3 beautiful and healthy daughters I have , but more than happy to add another

if your doctor has a test that could show pregnancy 3 days after conception - i wish he would share it with the rest of the world
yeah, there is no test that can show that. i dont know what they were thinking telling you that. even an RE wont do a blood test til at least around 12-13DPO at the earliest...

My doctor said that the blood test can usually tell within 4 days of implantation. I don't know whether that's what your doctor is talking about.

Maybe just wait until AF comes to take the meds? How long is the course?
