OMG EWW!!!
So it was finally a nice cool morning to go for a run so I got up at 6am got my workout in for the day. During the 1st few minutes of my run a BUG flew into my mouth!!! OMG that was the worst feeling ever!!! I immediately started coughing and it came out - Thank God I didn't swallow it!!!! This has never happened to me before!!! I was so disgusted I almost wanted to stop and just go home , especially since i didn't bring any water with me to wash out my mouth!!! But I decided to keep going because I was NOT going to let a little bug ruin my workout!!!
Sorry if that was gross but I just had to share!

That is so funny I have eaten bugs before accidentally too. One just last week one flew right to the back of my throat I spit immediately but didn't see it so I think I swallowed it! EWWWWW

It's pretty embarassing to admit it but I've swallowed a few myself  and a couple have travelled up my nose too....  I love the summertime but all these bugs are just bugging me too much

oh yes. I have eaten many bugs.
During cross-country we ran 2x a week meets at Sunken meadow around what we called "the moat" gnats were all over the place in the beginning. So bad we used to squirt water bottles at each other's teeth to get the gnats out.
I hate when they hang out under my hat and you can't swat them away! I almost wish I could just eat it and be done with it's annoyance.

OMG Erica I am cracking up b/c last week this one gnat was following me I swear for at least 4 miles under my visor and then it went in my mouth and I at least got 2 miles gnat free
