O Pain Question
Hello!!!!
Do you feel O pains every month or just once in a while? I only feel them once in a while, not often at all.
Just wondering what happens to most girls!

I only feel O pains when I ovulate on the right side....Never really feel anything when I ovulate on the left. Weird!

No prob, happy to answer! Generally I spot brown/pink, and intermittently for a couple of days. On rare occasion - like right after a particularly vigorous cardio workout) - it might be a bit red. But definitely not like a period.
I don't recall always getting this. I think it started sometime in my mid-20s...I remember noticing the first few months and being a bit alarmed, but it has been commonplace for me for several years now.

I always get cramps and a backache right around the time of ovulation. Sometimes I get it before ovulation and sometimes I don't feel it until after ovulation...but I always get those symptoms. Occasionally I will actually feel cramping on one side.
