how do you determine how long your LP is?
does this vary in length with your cycle?

Your luteal phase should be the same each month - so if you know exactly when you ovulate you would know how long it is.

thanks! so if I ovulate on CD 16, my LP will be 2 weeks after that, or something right?

my LP is about 14 days.
