Guess the surgery wasn't the "magic bullet".
So, as I'm sitting here, the cramps are coming and all the other AF signs have been buidling...Don't know why I bothered to think the outcome would be any different then any other attempt over the past 4+ years.
Oh, well, guess we have to decide what the next step is going to be. Hopefully Af shows up before the beta and saves me a trip in to Woodbury during rushhour.
I'll be taking a break from here for a while guys. Need to re-gropu. Best of luck to everyone!

Wait wait wait....you did TI, right? not an IUI? Even someone who never had a problem in their life and wouldn't, might take them 3 tries/cycles. Why be so hard on yourself? You should give it 3 cycles, then beat yourself up on to where to go next.
but, maybe your signs are other signs. My optimism is starting to creep back in to my brain.

ITA with this! You can't really tell if the surgery did the trick or not with only one cycle

ITA ITA. I am FAR from an optimistic person with things concerning IF now, but i agree. You need to try the same thing 3 times before giving up hope. I know its hard to stay positive after so many disappointments, but we MUST try
for next month!

ITA! Plus, you may not be out yet. I had terrible AF cramps the month I got my BFP...I even texted DH from work telling him we were out! GL!!!

You're not out yet, Shawnna. I'm praying for you. Plus, this is only your first try since the procedure.

Re: Guess the surgery wasn't the "magic bullet".
Tx for the support but time is not on my side. The post-surgical window of success is only 3-6 months. After that you risk POF and scarring of the ovaires. I really was hoping this would be it and no need for additional cycles...or IVF...but looks like that isn't the case. Guess I got my hopes too high reading all the "first month trying after the surgery, got my BFP" success stories on line. So, no, can't give it 3 tries. And like I said, 4+ years into this mess it's getting very tiring.
