ok so AF came....
so now how do i count my cycle??
is it from the first day of my period last time to my first day of my period this time???
i want to start using opk's, but i doubt my cycle is on track yet, since last month was my last on BCP

day 1 of your regular heavy flow is CD 1. i just came off BC in june and it took til CD 29 to get a smiley on the OPK. hang in there and good luck!!

When your AF arrives it's a new cycle. You don't count anything from before AF showed. The first day of your period is CD1.
