AF showed up this morning, but what has me kind of worried is that I got my on CD20, and now its only 9 days later. Actually, yesterday was 9 days, but I wouldnt count today as a part of my LP right? And if I got my smiley on CD20, I prob didnt O until CD21 - So my LP is 8 or 9 days, and isnt that not good? Shouldnt I be O'ing earlier if I have a regular 29 day cycle? Does this mean I am going to have problems conceiving?

I would wait and see if it happens again next month (unless you've tracked it before and that's the trend), then call your doc.

If it is something, it could be really simple to resolve.

Plus I think there are some herbal teas and pills you can take to try lenthening your LP, however I would still call your doc.

If you dont have any previous months tracked then definately give it another cycle - but if your LP is still short than call your dr. I believe it could signify a progesterone shortage.

Could it be implantation bleeding?

I agree w/ the PP about the progesterone. I have heard that raspberry leaf wont lenghten LP, but, progesterone will. I would definitely tell your Dr. about it if it keeps happening. One month might just be an off month and might not be an issue.

I thought it might have possibly been implantation bleeding yest when it was very light, but its def AF today

I also get really bad PMS symptoms, mostly backaches and really bad cramps, and I have heard that Vitex helps with that and also helps lengthen the LP. Does anyone know anything about it?
