every night or every other?
How often do you BD around ovulation?? I've heard recommendations for both.

I just asked a similar question on Pregnancy board.
I have heard so many things. Every night covers all bases, but can deplete supplies. I guess it really comes down to whether or not your DH's supplies are in good standing.

according to my RE once a day approx. 24 hours apart is fine as long as DH doesnt have a problem with sperm count. if he has a low count then you should do every other day.

As much as we can. I don't follow any particular plan other than making sure we at least a few times prior to ovulation and then again the day I "O" and the day after. Unless your DH has "issues" there is no such thing as doing it too much. Have fun!

We actually sometimes try every day 1/2 - like first day morning next day night - but we have male IF issues - so for normal couples every 24 hrs is good

my OB told me to BD every other night because sperm live a long time and if I was to o on a non BD day I would still have great odds.
he also said we could do it everyday, but not more then once a day and it should always be at night (his theroy was that you roll over and go to sleep, and nothing falls out )

Ive read different things on this....some day its okay every other day, and some say its okay every day.
i say if youre up for it, then do it everyday !
