Depends how much you ate, how you ate it (hero, or on its own), but I think 10 or 11 is a low estimate.

It was breaded, which I was totally upset about. Should have taken the bread off of the shrimp. It was in sauce and have penne on the side. I counted he penne separate.

anything parm (breaded and fried and covered in cheese) wold be a lot of points, I would think.
