Just Triggered-and kinda upset

I just triggered at 10am...anyone with me??!!

A little upset though bc when I went last week I had a total of 8 follies 4 on each side...and today I peaked, got my LH surge and only had one follie to trigger...I know it only takes one but I cant help but feel down being that last month I had 2 and didnt get my BFP..Just dont get why only one matured. It was a decent size 24mm but cant help wishing they told me I had at least 3.

I had 3 iui's and for the first 2 I had over 4 mature follies and all bfns. My last iui I only had 1 mature follie a 23 and I got my bfo, so don't give up hope!!!

I felt the same way when I triggered before my IUI. I had a bunch of maturING follies, but when it came time to trigger, I only had 1 that was fully matured. That was the month that I got my BFP!!! All you need is one!!! Good Luck!!!

I know this might not make you feel any better, but the same thing happened to me...well sort of. I took a bunch of medication this cycle and after all of that I only have one follicle measuring 23. I also felt upset when I triggered.... I feel like I dont even have a chance bc its only one. I totally understand how you feel

Im still waiting to find out what the results were and I have b2b IUIs. I have heard of people getting pregnant with only 1 follicle though....they were saying that its more important to have quality over quantity. Good luck!!!!

I had a total of 10 IUI's and my last cycle which was with Gonal F I only produced ONE follie which was mature enough. I was pretty bummed out but the doctor gave me a pep talk and told me to turn my thinking around as you only need one...and guess what? That was the month that we were successful. Our daughter was born on 6/14/10...so it CAN happen. I totally understant how you feel because I felt the same way. Just keep thinking positive thoughts. After the doctor gave me a pep talk I just said to myself "okay we will play it by ear and see what happens" and we were pleasantly surprised when two weeks later I had missed my period!
