DH and I woke up arguing...
because after a peak reading Thursday evening and friday morning...I went into the bathroom to pre-seed it up...and went into the bedroom and he fell asleep!!!! after i talked ALLLLLLL WEEK about our peak days and told him about my + opk. I was SOOOO angry bc i feel like here I am spening $$ on opk's and HPT's and tracking and peeing in cups and all he has to do is show up and he couldn't even do that?
sooooo ladies...do you think we missed our best opportunity?? (+ opk at 7:30pm thursday and again at 10:00 A.M. friday) I worked all day today if we  tonight do you think it may be too late? We 'ed on the 26th, 28,29,30,1 (cd7,9,10,11,12) and plan to again tonight (CD 14) and tomorrow . I don't know why but It's so bothering me to think we missed a peak day!

I think you're fine. I think the days leading up to the peak are even more important since the sperm needs times to travel. So once you ovulate you should have some little guys up there already waiting. Good luck!!!

I think you're totally covered. The best days to are the day of your +OPK, the 2 or so days before, and the day after. I was having trouble following your days but I think you hit on a number of those days.
Oh, and the next time DH tries to fall asleep on you, just start without him. He'll catch up.

I think you're fine, too. Especially since you BD'd in the am of your peak reading.
I thought we missed a pretty crucial day on my last cycle. I ended up with a BFP, so clearly we didn't.

I think you're covered.
My DH hates ovulation kits. He's like you just have sex and you have a baby. People have been doing this for thousands of years without ovulation kits. DH thinks ovulation kits are a total waste of money.

thanks ladies....I know DH was like "you should have just taken advantage of me" but I didn't want it to be like that and I was upset so I was turned off.
He doesn't mind the OPK's...he's actually kind of fascinated by all this stuff...he gets excited when I tell him "we're in the green" lol
We did last night and again early this A.M sooo... I suppose I am officially in the 2ww as of today even though my "my days" app says I should ovulate he 5th based on AF cycle. we did more than any other cycle...or EVER back to back like that...so...We shall see!

sounds like you should be fine but let me tell you...i can totally relate. this month was the first time i was using opk's and we on the day i got the smiley but then not again for the next few days because dh was "tired and achey" 
i was sooooo angry

I am trying a different approach- and not telling him when my peak days are and just sexin him up!

LOL its working so far...
DH was so stressed out about the times that now I dont even tell him....and its great

This is going to be my approach too. DH is so not into the "planned" aspect of Like me saying "I got a  so we gotta get it on" actually makes him not want to  He feels like its a science project. So I just have to keep my mouth shut, jump his bones and play like I'm being spontaneous!
