Give me Kraupner's anyday!!
Never had a problem with them or Rockville Center...now dealing with Freedom, for one lousy med and it is nothing but problems! And if the office doesn't get it called in by today, I won't get it on time. Love the added stress!

I am so sorry you are having a problem with Freedom. What med do you need? Maybe someone on here has it? Hope it all works out.

Gosh I'm surprised. Freedom is always really good when I use them. And I've used them more than anyone should. Surprised they don't know my name by now when I call up...LOL... Hope it works out? yeah, what do you need? Just in case.

Re: Give me Kraupner's anyday!!
I use Metro Drugs in the city and they are AWESOME and very reliable. They charge me $2 delivery fee (I live in the city). For all you ladies that work in NYC but don't live here, check out metro drugs on the upper east side near Cornell.

Re: Give me Kraupner's anyday!!
It's just a trigger shot...and they were saying it's not covered but i KNOW it is...and then they were trying to charge me MORE when they said it was covered than what they quoted me when they thought it was OOP. Supposedly, I have to use them now for coverage and of course no one is at the ins co for me to find out if this is a med I can fill elsewhere. Honestly, I can buy it cheaper on freegarage sale then what they want to charge! If I need it Tues, I'll just tell Dr. B I was having issues over the holiday weekend and see if they can give me one until I get it taken care of. If not, I'll ask here! Tx guys!! :)

Just an FYI - it sounds like your co-pay is higher than the OOP cost, which was the case for me also. My insurance company said I had to use Freedom (haven't had a problem and really like using them), and told me it would be a $75 co-pay. So it's what your insurance company wants to charge you for your co-pay, not what Freedom is charging. When I saw it was only $45 on the Freedom website, I just told them I wanted to pay OOP and have done that since. Just tell them you want to pay OOP without going through insurance.

obviously this may change from week-to-week , but i know dr. b almost never has trigger shots because most of us only get 1 to use each cycle, so theres not too many that get donated unless a cycle gets cancelled and is somehow successful (or someones last cycle) at the same time. i only know this because before my insurance changed with my new job, i had no coverage on injectable meds and got everything donated to me by dr. b's. when i needed ovidrel one cycle they said i needed to get it filled the regular way because they almost never have it. it ended up costing like $100 or so from kraupners but that was also with 15 days worth of progesterone supps that may have been covered (i dont remember).
anyway good luck!! im sure you can find someone on here or on another site that you can get it from!!!
