butter
what kind of butter (ors substitute) do you use? we were using the country crock with calcium, but DH doesn't like the after taste. i know...stupid question, but we're really trying to eat better!

that's what we use. I didn't like the I can't believe it's not butter.
I don't use a lot of it though. Maybe a few times a month at the most.

We use real, organic butter. No fake stuff. When we go out we specifically ask for real butter.

exactly, a lot of that stuff is actually a form of plastic & that's why your body doesn't process it as calories  Butter is very low calorie, it's really not that bad
I use EARTH Balance in the tub, which is not the same as the others in the tub that are not good for you. And, I also use real live butter, moderation is key!
Edited to change Smart Balance to EARTH!

I feed that to my kids actually(dairy allergy) so I agree. But most people were not talking about Earth balance
