OPK question
Today is CD19 and I still havent gotten my . I've been testing since CD11. Is it normal to O so late in my cycle, even if I have regular 29-30 day cycles? I guess since I didnt get one today, that means I wont be Oing tom, and then we are onto CD21?
Also, if I didnt O till then, but I still got AF when she's expected, that would make my LP 9 or even 8 days - is that normal? Am I way off here?
I get so frustrated every day I see that big empty circle... could I have just missed it? For the first few days I was testing around 6pm, but it wasnt working out for my schedule so I started using FMU, which I thought was ok with the digital. I did have mild cramping for the last few days...

Re: OPK question
It is possible you may have missed it or when you were testing at 6pm you didn't hold your pee long enough.
You may also just get a late period this time so instead of 30 days it may be 37.
I suggest you start taking you temp cause that seems like its the only way to tell if you have ovulated and when. If you notice that your LP is less than 10 days, then tell your doc. I've been doing some research on that and everything I found so far says less then 10 days (some even say 10 days or less) may cause some infertility. My LP is about 10 and I have some other spotting issues that my doc has to figure out.
Good luck with everything and hope this helps.

Re: OPK question
Is it typical to miss it if you test every 24hrs? Each time I tested at 6pm I held it in for at least 4 hrs. And when I switched to FMU, I did it the very next morning after I had tested the night before so I didnt skip a whole day.
I came off BC 3 months ago so even though my last 2 cycles were regular I guess its possible that this one can be off. I dont know what to make of the cramping though

Re: OPK question
its possible that you missed it - u should probably try testing at CD9
You might have O at CD11 but the surge would be gone by then

Re: OPK question
ya OPK's aren't an exact science/..so it's possible to miss it.
I used to O on CD 19 based on the CBEFM which was later than I always thought...
but you also could have a short LP, which is something to consider.
But really...you couldn't just missed it. It's hard! Good luck!

Re: OPK question
Since you just got off of BC, your cycles could be regulating and maybe getting longer. After I came off the pill, I was pretty regular the first 2 months....after that, my cycles just got longer and longer I was getting a from day 26- 30. I hope you didnt miss it and that you are going to get your soon! I would keep using your FMU with the clearblue easy digitals. Good luck!
