Help quick- cost of work being done

Last week we got an estimate for a new cesspool. The owner of the company talked about two different sizes and said a bigger one would be good if we were ever to expand, etc. We never said which one we would get when we booked him. They came today and installed it and one of the workers said you are lucky that you got the bigger one incase you ever expand. I don't know what to do now.

ANy thoughts? I didn't tell him I wanted the bigger one when I booked.

We knew he was coming today but also assumed the regular one was going to be installed since we didn't say we wanted the bigger one.

Oooooooooooh - that's tough.

A) I'd be annoyed but B) don't you have a contract?, then again C) if you had posted this on LIF asking which one you should get... I would have recommended the bigger one.

I would just flat out say "I didn't OK this size, where do we go from here?"
