Is this possible?
Fried chicken but using dorittos as breading?  I mean, I've seen breadcrumbs, rice cereal, cornflakes, pretzels as breading. But what about doritos?

The cheese-flavored ones? I don't know... it doesn't sound very good to me. Are you going to do a buttermilk bath before dredging with doritos? It could work that way, I suppose...

You can always just get a small snack size bag and try 1 piece of chicken that way.
I'm sure it would be a good use for the left over chips at a party.

Paula Deen had a recipe with sour cream and onion chips. I think Doritos would be yummy!
