OPK = ovulation predict. kit - looks just like a pregnancy test but detects when you are ovulating.
You can chart your BBT (basal bodt temp.) every day and from that you can get an idea of when you're going to ovulate.
try www.ovusoft.com for more info and give you a better idea of what you need to do.
