Please help me figure out when I should get AF
Help...i am confused...and i am quickly figuring out I need a book or something on how to figure out this cycle stuff!
Here it goes: I have pcos and have been on bc for 10 years and rarely got AF on my own. I have been on metformin since february for a sugar issue that developed due to PCOS.
Dates: 5/19-5/24: had AF (last inactive week on bc)
Did not resume bc at this point
5/29-6/3: had AF again
6/23: had symptoms of O (cramps, boob pain, etc) so i used an OPK and got a positive reading for the first time ever.
When should I get AF or when should I have? Is it even possible to answer this question being I haven't had one full cycle off bc yet?
Ideally, I should wait til 7/8 to test, no?

It takes time for your body to adjust. I am in a similar position. If you have been on BC for 10 years you cycle has most likely changed by now. I would start charting and trying to find out what your cycle is for now. I had the same thing happen to me and it actually took a week of being late, sore boobs etc for me actually to get AF.
