I just started this; I had started a thread on it the other day asking where to buy. I bought it at Modell's, but some Targets & Walmarts have it from what I was told. Even Bed Bath & Beyond. I like it so far, I am pressed for time, so the 20-minute workout is perfect, but it's challenging!

I started this a few months ago. My sister got it for me at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was great for about 2 months. I started on level 1 with 3 and 5lbs weights. When I didn't feel it anymore I would increase to 5 and 8 lbs weights and then after that bump to the next level and start again with lighter weights. I did it for 9 weeks and then needed to switch to a new one. I think it's a great workout and will go back to it after the one I'm on now. I lost about 1.5lbs a week doing 30 day in the morning and walking with my kids in the afternoon. That is while bf'ing so I can't limit my calories.
I just started doing her No More Trouble Zones. It is good but twice as long so my kids tend to get restless towards the end.

I do this! I bought mine at Target but I have an extra copy that I can give you. Just let me know.
It's tough but, short and dirty.
It is NOT a quick way to lose 20 pounds though (as I thought it was ). I actually starting seeing a difference at the scale and in my clothes at about week 5 and 6.
