So I just got 30 day Shred....is it worth it??
I am gonna start it on Monday and do it every day (hopefully) and after 30 days I pray I will see results

I like it! It is not easy and I didn't really stick to it. My own fault and lack of motivation!
Good Luck! I was sore and it was the first DVD workout, I felt gave me something.
