CM ?
I have not really figured out when I am O because I only have had one AF since I went off BC. I have not seen any CM and I am at 18 CD. Could my body just be confused because I am off BC?

Definitely. From what I've read, it might take CM a few months to a year to normalize. That's why temping is so important if you want to see if you've ovulated. Good luck!
