Kielbasa and Perogies for Dinner....green veggie?

Green beans. You can even put a little crumbled bacon or pancetta in them to make them more appealing to the man - but I'd just steam them. My mother would let the kielbasa sit on the plate and then toss the beans in the drippings a bit to pick up extra flavor.
Or if you don't want "Green" - you can make some sauerkraut with beer, carmelized onion and some fennel.

I'd say string beans sauteed with garlic and oil

I usually cut up some green and red peppers and some onion and sautee it and have with the perogies and kielbasa.

That's what I do! DH likes to complain the peppers and onions give him indigestion, so I will saute some broccoli for him.

Yes! I was going to suggest this. I just steam them in the nuker for about 5 mins. Then heat up somoe olive oil. Cut them in half and place them face down in the pan and let them carmelize for about 10 mins. I just put coarse salt and pepper on them. YUM!!!
You can sprinkle some grated parm on them too. Ok, now I want them.
