you totally can! I had days I didnt think I could, and monday will be one month. You just have to will yourself past those moments!

day 7..i made it through friday night and half of saturday so far!!! woohoo!!! saw on the news today pattersons jacking up prices of smoke $1.60 a pack....seriously $12 a pack of cigarettes? thats like $200 a month for me! $2400 a year!! Thats a trip to Europe!!
