I POAS today at 10dpiui...BFN. I am staying away till my beta. Seeing no 2nd line was depressing. 
I think you should wait till 12-14DPO...JMO.

Def. try to wait until 12 dpo because I tested both 10 dpo and 11 dpo and it was depressing!! Good luck!!!!
