How much femera did you take?
And how many eggs did you make?
Also did you do clomid ever and how many eggs compared to femera? TIA
I made on when I did 50 clomid, wondering if ill get more w femera??

I was on 5mg of femara. I produced about 2 eggs but they did not grow big enough. So next cycle we did 5mg of femara and 150iu of gonal F and I produced 2 really mature eggs and a few stragglers. Got PG with twins that cycle. I was never on clomid.

On 5mg of femara alone I got nothing...... On 5mg of femara and 150ius of gonal-f every other night for 4 or 5 nights....... I got anywhere from 2-4 follies depending on the cycle. The cycle I got my BFP, I had 3 follies but pregnant with 1.

first cycle...5 mg of femara 1 mature follie and then 1 small one BFN
second cycle: 5 mg of femara and 150 follistim everyother day for 5 days...4 follies....anxiiously awaiting results
never did clomid

OK i do o on my own just takes a while..i have mild pcos...hope i get at least 2 eggies...3 TOPS

I was on 5mg of femara and produced 2 follies on my first cycle.
On the second cycle (also with 5mg) the doc only saw one follie, but I am pg with fraternal twins, so I guess the other one was hiding! My doc tells me that it is pretty rare to get pg with twins on femara, but there are two of us on this thread alone, so who knows!
I am pretty sure I was O'ing on my own before that (I had blocked tubes and surgery to remove the polyps blocking them). I used Clomid before the Femara, but it was unmonitored by my ob (something I totally regret!).

on one cycle of 50mg clomid i made zero eggs.
ive never done femara alone, only with follistim. but the first time was 2.5mg and i made like 10+ eggs (hyperstimmed due to follistim), second time i did 2.5 and then repeated with 5mg cause i wasnt progressing and made 2 eggs. third time was 2.5 at my request and i made 2 eggs again.
