Just do what I do and hire a TON of help. Hire somebody to handle everything. Pack. Move. Etc.
Give yourself AND your DH a break.  Because you will need it before the twins show up!
You are right... but DH and I are both control freaks! I am already packing trying to do 1 box a day of stuff we don't need (like my winter clothes). DH's brother has an empty 2 car garage and he is letting us store our boxes there which is a big help.
