Ladies who take gummy prenatals...

do you take 1 or 2? the bottle gives me the vitamin info for a serving size of 2. am i supposed to take 2 to get the right amount cuz i did notice some of the %'s is lower than my prescribed prenatals.
also is taking a flintstone child vitamin with iron ok to take as well since th egummies have no iron?

cant help you with the gummies but my regular dr wanted me to take b12 pills which are basically iron and she said as long as the prenatals didnt equal the amount in the other ones its find to take both

so like if one had 20mg of something... then the other one shouldnt have 20mg also?

no i just mean that as long as the prenatals are not more than the iron pills than you can take both

if they are the same or the prenatals are more i wouldnt take them
