Talk to me about abs...
What do I need to do to really see a difference?
How often? How long?
I've been doing a 10 minute standing ab exercise on demand every other day... and the days that I don't do that, I've been doing the couch-to-5k program. I figured between the two I'd start to see a difference, but nothing yet!
Do I need to up my game a bit? THANKS!

I can't answer your questions b/cI am inthe same position as you but my trainer suggested this workout if you have trouble lifting your upper body off the floor.
You can use Steve to help you. He can throw your legs down straight & then to each side while you use your abs to bring your legs back up. Leg Throws

I dunno I tend you think you either have nice abs or you dont! Even at my skinniest I never really had abs showing! Even in high school when I was like 99 lbs!
But one of my friends said to try doing crnches in high numbered sets, like a few hundred sit ups, and also ab weight machines so I am giving it a go. So far I look the same as always, lol!

combine your ab excersizes with cardio...that's the only way you're going to "see" a difference.
You can do a million crunches, or sit ups and build the muscle, but if there's fat on top of them you're just wasting your time...you have to do a combo
