My DH is so picky...I can't compete with his mom's meatloaf or mac&cheese 
I was thinking of getting him Applebees To Go, because to him, that's fine dining.

We have a Christening on Father's Day.. so Chinese Food!
I plan to make his favorite meal on Saturday. Herb Roasted Chicken with sausage and sage stuffing, Grilled Vegetable Salad, White Rice and gravy.

not sure yet...we are sort of in a holding pattern until we figure out where we are going to be.
I definitely want to do something yummy for breakfast and make ahead....thinking some sort of french toast.
but I DO NOT want to barbeque.

The other day, we were talking about food and DH said his favorite meal would be chicken, mashed potatoes and corn....and ice cream for dessert. Such a simple guy...
So I made a mental note...I cannot believe in 5 yrs of us married (10yrs being together) I didn't know this  I guess I'm not the BEST wife, oh well
So yeah, that's what I plan on making him. And I'm super excited that he doesn't have to work that day!

I am not cooking at all on Fathers Day! DH and father in law are going fishing early, then I Mother in law, DS and I will meet them at the boat and hangout. Then off to a restaurant that DH and father in law picked out!
