BCP QUESTION
THIS IS MY FIRST MONTH OFF THE PILL - IT WILL BE 2 WEEKS TOMORROW
AND I AM VERY CRAMPY - HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS GETTING OFF THE PILL?

This is my first month off BCP too. I've had some cramping off and on. Nothing crazy but I know I didn't have them like this while I was on the pill.

I went off the pill mid cycle and got my AF like two weeks early and then she didnt show again for like 2 months after that. Just giving you the heads up so you dont freak out like I did the first time she didnt show lol.

I agree. She didn't show up for 3 months, and then when she decided to show up she lasted for about 3 weeks. Don't worry though, this is all normal, from what my doctor told me.

I agree. She didn't show up for 3 months, and then when she decided to show up she lasted for about 3 weeks. Don't worry though, this is all normal, from what my doctor told me.

Maybe these are just ovulation cramps. I have always had very irregular periods and then was diagnosed with PCOS so maybe that's why in my case it left and then lasted so long. I know some women that were on the pill for years and got pregnant shortly after. Everybody is different so don't get discouraged just yet.

I went off at end of march. MY next cycle was about 40 days, but I did ovulate (Late). But this past month, my body seems to be working ok. I O'd on CD16. I was very nervous too, as I was on BCP for almost 15 yrs.
